General Questions & Answers:
1. Noise
The machine will make some small noises when it is running, because it is working hard to wash your clothes. You will hear the typical sound of water rushing during washing, and a normal sound of the high-speed rotation of the motor during the final spin.
2. Vibration
If the clothes in the spin basket are not evenly distributed, the weight will be concentrated on one side and the machine will be unbalanced. This may cause vibrations during final spin. When this happens, you will need to take out the clothes, reorganize them and restart the final spin.
3. Duty Cycle
The normal wash cycle is 10 minutes, after this the machine requires a 5 minute cool down time before a new wash can begin.
4. Draining
When the wash is done, the water can be poured out the small drain hose. This hose needs to be upright when the washer is running to prevent leaks.
5. Final Spin
The spin cycle works by rapidly spinning excess water from the clothes after washing them, but your clothes will not be 100% dry after the spin because the spin speed has to be controlled to a lower level to prevent violently jumping and shaking.
